This policy applies to services provided by Nova FX Lab, a brand of Aarkayaa Exports Private Limited. Where your signed proposal or agreement says something different, that document applies.
1. Free Growth Audit
The audit is free, so no payment or refund applies.
2. Setup and one-time work
Setup fees (for example websites, landing pages, CRM setup) cover work that starts as soon as the project begins. Once work has started, setup fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before any work starts, we refund the setup fee less any third-party costs already paid.
3. Monthly and annual plans
Plans such as the Growth Engine run for the term in your agreement. You can cancel with the notice period stated in your agreement. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, and work for that period is completed.
4. Advertising spend and third-party tools
Ad spend and tools like Zoho One, WhatsApp API or paid plugins are paid directly by you to those providers and are governed by their refund terms.
5. Creative work
Ad creative and video include the revision rounds stated in your proposal. Extra revisions or changes in scope are quoted separately. Approved and delivered creative is non-refundable.
6. If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver agreed work for reasons within our control, we will refund the unused portion of fees for that work.
7. How to request
Email anuragshukla11@gmail.com with your company name and details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
